Our team of detailers creates and manages building data throughout the duration of its lifecycle. Using BIM & 3D modeling, detailers create realistic models to coordinate installation and detect conflicts early in the design phase. This process helps to reduce risk and liability by reducing coordination problems and constructability issues. The use of BIM goes beyond the planning, design and construction phases of the project and extends throughout the building life cycle allowing for the most efficient facility operation possible.

We use current technologies including AutoCAD MEP, Revit and Navisworks to coordinate with the other trades.  Our use of the Trimble Field Points allows us to layout our sites, decks, cores and lighting with pinpoint accuracy in a fraction of the time of traditional methods.  By utilizing the tools available to us, and graphically showing them in our models, we are able to maximize our efficiency and mitigate conflicts in the field before they happen.
