This design-build highrise outpatient medical office building consists of 5 levels of below grade parking, retail at grade and 13 floors of tenants consisting of clinics, laboratories and "Class-A" office space. The building has approximately 750,000 SF. Our scope included design-build core, shell and build-out/tenant improvements including electrical, fire alarm, structured cabling, audio/visual and security.
