Walton Lofts is a 156,000 SF 13 story, residential highrise building consisting of 137 loft style units located in the prestigious Seattle-Belltown neighborhood. The building amenities include an extensive library, fitness room, retail space, bike room and bike shop for its residents. Walton Lofts will also aspire to achieve Green Globes Certification making it the 2nd building in the State of Washington to achieve this status.
Our team incorporated lean construction methods and utilized prefabrication for deck rough-in, unit build-out and the core and shell.
