Skyline at First Hill

Skyline consists of 2 highrise towers located on top of a 4-story connecting concourse. The residential tower consists of 26 stories of independent living units. The assisted living tower consists of 13 stories of assisted living, skilled nursing and dementia units. The 2 towers contain approximately 200 apartments total. Our scope of work included design assist electrical  construction, structured cabling, fire alarm, security, CCTV,  nurse call and residence assist systems.
