The Honda-Toyota dealership is now open for business. This is the first dealership in the country that has both Toyota and Honda dealerships side by side. The 405,000 SF facility has individual sales and office spaces for each brand with a combined state of the art service bay. The roof structure, levels 3, 4 and 5 are designed for inventory storage. Total vehicle capacity of the storage area is 1,110 stalls.

One key electrical design element to the dealership is  the “Jewel Box” lighting concept. The “Jewel Boxes” are areas on the 4th and 5th floors visible from I-5 where new vehicles are showcased and provides multiple color schemes (Blue & Red in Photo).
