Amgen is a biotech company located on Elliott Bay in Seattle. We provided both design-assist and construction service for Amgen’s Helix campus' Building B Lab build-out. Our scope of work consisted of new power feeder installations, fire alarm, new lighting fixtures with detailed controls that were integrated into the campus-wide building energy system.
